Thick Mango Tofu Shake
(Makes 2-3 cups)Ingredients:
- 300g Unicurd Silken Tofu
- 1 large mango, skinned and cut into small pieces
- 1 banana, chopped
- ½ cup cold milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Put all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend for a minute, or until smooth
- Serve (it’s that easy!)
