Tau-Kwa (Beancurd) Stir-fry
(Serves 4 people)Ingredients:
- 250g Unicurd Tau Kwa, cut into bite-size pieces
- 250g broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 500g chicken or pork, cut into cubes
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons Konig Black Bean & Garlic Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Konig Oyster Sauce
- Heat a large pan or wok with oil
- When hot, add the garlic, broccoli and onions and fry for 5 minutes
- Remove these ingredients from wok
- Reheat the large pan/wok with oil
- Add the chicken/pork and cook until the meat changes colour
- Add the Tau Kwa, the rest of the ingredients and the Black Bean & Garlic Sauce
- Add Oyster Sauce and mix well
- Stir-fry for a further 5 minutes and serve
