Tau-Kwa (Beancurd) Stir-fry
(Serves 4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 250g Unicurd Tau Kwa, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 250g broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 500g chicken or pork, cut into cubes
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Seasonings:
  • 2 tablespoons Konig Black Bean & Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Konig Oyster Sauce
Method:
  1. Heat a large pan or wok with oil
  2. When hot, add the garlic, broccoli and onions and fry for 5 minutes
  3. Remove these ingredients from wok
  4. Reheat the large pan/wok with oil
  5. Add the chicken/pork and cook until the meat changes colour
  6. Add the Tau Kwa, the rest of the ingredients and the Black Bean & Garlic Sauce
  7. Add Oyster Sauce and mix well
  8. Stir-fry for a further 5 minutes and serve
