Prawns in Chilli Sauce
(Serves 4 people)Ingredients:
- 400g prawns, washed, de-shelled, with the veins removed
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Konig Chilli Sauce with Seed
- 2 tablespoons Pearl River Bridge Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Marinate the prawns in the 2 tablespoons of Light Soy Sauce for 10 minutes
- Heat a pan/wok with oil
- Fry prawns until almost cooked (the skin will begin to turn pink)
- Add the rest of the seasonings, mixing well
- Cook for a further 5 minutes and serve
