Prawns in Chilli Sauce
(Serves 4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 400g prawns, washed, de-shelled, with the veins removed
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Seasonings:
  • 3 tablespoons Konig Chilli Sauce with Seed
  • 2 tablespoons Pearl River Bridge Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Method:
  1. Marinate the prawns in the 2 tablespoons of Light Soy Sauce for 10 minutes
  2. Heat a pan/wok with oil
  3. Fry prawns until almost cooked (the skin will begin to turn pink)
  4. Add the rest of the seasonings, mixing well
  5. Cook for a further 5 minutes and serve
