CURRENT VACANCY       

Position 1: Technical Co-ordinator

Job type: Permanent full time

Location: Park Royal, SeeWoo House

Reporting to the Food Safety Manager, the main responsibilities will be:

•­        Gathering information from suppliers on finished product specifications and ensuring the information is maintained and up-to-date.

•­        Liaising with customer personnel to ensure all customer specific specification formats and technical documentation are completed against customer timelines.

•­        Assisting in the food labelling approval process.

•­        Investigating & responding to customer complaints.

•­        Coordinating the quality management system, keeping track of documentation and record keeping for technical & operations departments.

•­        Assisting technical team with any other technical issues on site.

The ideal candidate will be a food science graduate with food industry experience an advantage. With a good understanding of the current food legislation and technical systems and procedures, this individual will have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Good computer skills are necessary as documentation will need to be delivered to the highest standards.
